At The Yard Gym training, we prioritise four fundamental principles of programming and training; progression, overload, specificity, and individualization.
Our gym offers two simultaneous workout sessions, known as RIG and TURF. These components complement each other, by combining strength and endurance training, to achieve optimal results. To maximize the benefits of both sessions, we alternate between RIG and TURF every other day. Our ever-changing program ensures that clients can experience a wide range of workouts and achieve their fitness goals, without ever getting bored.
